Business Development Intern

Job description

Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales or Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high quality sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. In this role, you will be expected to diligently lead follow-ups and have tenacious pursuit for sales opportunities. Helping to generate pipeline and revenue for all segments of our business during this internship. You will be given challenging assignments and expected to be taking ownership and responsibility. You should have an excellent ability to communicate to different profiles of all levels, proactive and taking initiative in your own ways. Having the ability to organise and manage time effectively is crucial.

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline for our different products
  • Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives
  • Assess prospective client needs, determine value, set up meetings and hand-off to field sales resources for follow up and close
  • Maintain customer and opportunity data in HubSpot and form quotations with PandaDoc
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with O365, Confluence, HubSpot and/or PandaDoc would be a plus

Start Date: Early September

Duration: 3 Months Minimum - Open for longer
