Toku is a leading cloud communications provider in APAC, on a mission to help companies engage with their customers more efficiently. We have helped enterprises move their voice communications to the cloud and are currently scaling up new products that help businesses in Asia with their communications needs. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is highly motivated by cloud technology sales, enthusiastic about leading product demonstrations, and skilled in establishing productive, professional relationships with clients.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

Reporting to our Head of Enterprise Sales, you will support the success of the sales team by providing product demonstrations to internal/external customers and taking the lead in resolving complaints. You'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain an understanding of the organization’s client portfolio to effectively develop and present business propositions to our customers and prospects, as well as work closely with the extended team to draw up strategies to increase the customer base.

Job requirements

This Role Is for You If You Have:  

  • 6 to 8 years of sales (pure hunter) experience in IT/Telco/SaaS background.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a must.
  • Experience with B2B2C/CCaaS/UCaaS/CPaaS is a huge plus.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills in managing complex projects.
  • Practical experience in a client-facing position.
  • Demonstrated ability in closing large multi-year million-dollar technology solutions in APAC.
  • Ability to articulate the value of a complex enterprise sale in business terms, outlining the value proposition, ROI, and total cost of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, are proactive, and a highly organized team player.
