Toku’s mission is to help companies engage with their customers efficiently. We have helped companies move all the voice communications to the cloud and recently embarked on creating products that help companies keep engaging with their customers no matter where their employees are working from.

Toku is currently getting into a scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC regions and helping customers with their communications needs. As we build the Infrastructure foundation, we are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist who can help manage the internal IT needs of the organization. Want to be part of our journey?


What would you be doing?

You will report to the IT Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities within the organization and supporting hardware and software that is part of the IT environment. The role requires facilitating the access and permission management for the different corporate tools, driving better adoption, and educating staff about good IT practices.


  • Provide IT support for onboarding; procurement, configuring, and issuing of laptops, granting corporate tool access
  • Provide IT support for offboarding; a collection of laptops and other IT products, resetting of laptops, disabling access to corporate tools and email
  • Ensure OS and software in laptops are updated
  • Administer and support our Microsoft 365 platform
  • Support Toku in all internal IT-related issues
  • Instruct and educate staff on good IT practices
  • Facilitate better adoption of corporate tools
  • Establish IT guidelines and processes within Toku
  • Support regular audits of Toku's IT infrastructure
  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

Job requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in IT operations
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
