As the Marketing team continues to build its impact on the sales pipeline, we are looking for a capable Marketing Operations Specialist.

What would you be doing?   

You will report to our Senior Campaign Marketing Manager. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams to align, analyze and optimize the data, processes, and technology in order to accelerate the sales pipeline. In marketing words, you will be responsible for the management of our Marketing and Sales tech stack, lead management, marketing automation, and analytics.

Some of your tasks include:

  • Technology management: Ensure all sales and marketing tools and platforms are set up, integrated and configured properly. Manage user access and roles across all tools. Onboard and train new users on how to use the tools and ensure that they are used to the fullest potential. Conduct regular audits and tests to ensure all systems are working properly.
  • Marketing automation: Set up, test and implement integrations and workflows to improve tracking, conversions, and customer experience and across all platforms. Constantly review our processes and keep up to date on latest trends and best practices to improve our efficiency and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Lead & database management: Liaise with sales & marketing teams regularly to understand products, marketing campaigns and sales processes to understand the full buyer journey. Ensure data cleanliness and quality in our CRM and sales engagement tool. Score and qualify leads for the appropriate follow-up measures. Ideate and implement initiatives to accelerate the sales pipeline through lead generation, nurturing and sales enablement.
  • Marketing analytics: Ensure that tracking is set up properly across organic and paid channels for each campaign. Set up and optimize reports/dashboards to pull data from all sales & marketing tools. Monitor and analyze sales & marketing performance. Provide regular insights and work with both teams to implement measures to optimize our processes and activities.
  • Campaign Launches: Work with the rest of the marketing team to ensure campaigns are tracked and launched in a coordinated manner across the tools you are responsible for, including email marketing. Monitor campaign performance and proactively provide insights to the team for optimization.

Job requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in BA/BS and are passionate for Marketing.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • You have experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), the Google Marketing Suite (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager)
  • You have a track record of working & collaborating across teams, including Sales, to implement marketing initiatives.
  • You are proud of your time management and prioritization skills. You can handle a lot of projects at one time.
  • You are data-oriented. You know what data points to capture to measure success of marketing campaigns and use data to make decisions in how you communicate with team members and end users.
  • (Nice to have) You have experience in or an understanding of the customer engagement industry.  
  • (Nice to have) You have experience working in an MNC in a Digital Marketing or Marketing Operations role.
  • Must be based in Singapore
