Toku’s mission is to help companies engage with their customers efficiently. We have helped companies move their voice communications to the cloud and recently embarked on creating products that help companies keep engaging with their customers no matter where their employees are working from.  

Toku is currently getting into a scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products and services in the APAC regions and help customers with their communications needs. As we build the Enterprise Sales foundation, we are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager who can drive commercial growth through selected partner across an assigned portfolio. What would you be doing?   

Reporting directly to the Partnerships Director, your role will be to deploy, manage and nurture sales and technology partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Identify, develop, and drive partnerships with new and existing partners in the region.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to grow and generate new revenue opportunities with existing partners.
  • Manage partner relationships ensuring high partner satisfaction by communicating clear conditions, goals, accountability, progress measurement and timelines.
  • Define and set up partner management processes that are scalable and replicable (i.e. partner onboarding, partner management, inbound lead generation, sales enablement, go to market strategy).
  • Work closely with business, marketing, sales, operational and technical teams to support partners and grow their performance.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships

Job requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5-6+ years of partnership experience working in fast-growing SaaS/technology companies.
  • Experience working or partnering with global cloud providers, communication tools, CRMs and their ecosystems (such as Salesforce and Microsoft) would be a big plus!
  • Experience in telecommunications or Cloud Communications industry (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS) is preferable but not essential.
  • Tech savvy and proven background in working cross-functionally, collaborating with many internal and external stakeholders (such as marketing, technical, sales, and support teams).
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker and results-driven
