Toku’s mission is to help companies engage with their customers efficiently. We have helped companies move all the voice communications to the cloud and recently embarked on creating products that help companies keep engaging with their customers no matter where their employees are working from.

Toku is currently getting into a scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC regions and helping customers with their communications needs. As we build the Product foundation, we are looking for an experienced Product Process Analyst to help anticipate stakeholders’ needs and elevate efficiency, collaboration, and delight for everyone every day.

What will you be doing?

You will report to our Product Manager. Being part of the Product Team, you will play a central role in weaving how People and Tools collaborate. You are a strategic thinker who employs big-picture problem solving and innovative solutions informed by deep research and insight. You’ll play an essential role in bringing life to the products, features, and solutions valuable for people and of the highest level of craft and execution.

  • Process mapping, improvement, and reengineering of ‘As-Is’ to create ‘To-Be’ in line with company and products strategic decisions.
  • Identify areas where process improvement would make a positive impact.
  • Work on Operational, Management, and Supporting Processes giving life to the Products.
  • Design processes that are incredibly simple, elegant, and human-centered.
  • Drive a partnership with product managers, engineers, and operations to oversee the entire product’s lifecycle efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including management, product managers, engineers, marketers, vendors, legal, corporate executives, and end-users.
  • Supporting design initiatives by sharing your process and knowledge and bringing our processes inside the team to the next level.
  • Demonstrable and recent track record of delivering service designs span multi-disciplinary areas, preferably in a telecommunications or IT environment.

Job requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Service Design or related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS space or related industry and working in an agile environment is a plus.
  • Self-starting attitude and an open outlook.
  • ITIL Foundation desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Visio, Aris, or similar tools.
  • Collaborative, proactive attitude and maintaining a structured working style in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic team player who empowers and motivates team members.
