Toku is currently in a scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC regions and helping customers with their communications needs. As we expand our enterprise sales team, we are looking for a capable Sales Operations Specialist.

What would you be doing?

  • Managing the opportunity lifecycle of Qualified Leads through to Closing Deals.
  • Managing CRM data, regular and ad hoc report creation, and analytics to support Direct Sales and Sales through Channel Partnerships.
  • Working with marketing to ensure that sales enablement material and documents required for presentations and proposals are available and appropriate.
  • Maintain and update documentation on sales processes, relevant sales and partner enablement materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as chief of staff support Sales Team with follow-up action management and support.
  • Will work closely with Marketing to administer the distribution of inbound and outbound leads to the sales team.
  • Assist in tracking sales to targets for compensation purposes.
  • Defining and following up on sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins.

Job requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Recognized degree holder, preferably a business degree, with a minimum 5 years of relevant sales operation experience preferably with SaaS solutions.
  • Holistic knowledge of sales management processes and systems.
  • Strong business acumen & analytical skills to synthesize information into actionable business strategy.
  • Skilled in Power BI, CRM system and Microsoft Business Suite.
  • Possess strong motivation and highly driven to support the team to achieve or exceed overall corporate objectives.
  • Work directly with the models/data, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, ability to influence others, and a track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analysis, and influencing results.
  • Enthusiasm and drive for delivering results.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
