Toku’s mission is to help companies engage with their customers efficiently. We have helped companies move all voice communications to the cloud and recently embarked on creating products that help companies engage with their customers no matter where their employees are working from.

Toku is currently getting into a scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC region and helping customers with their communications needs. We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist who is responsible for supporting the Carrier team and being the point of support between suppliers & internal stakeholders. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide sales support to Account Managers for Number ordering
  • Work with DIDs providers for Number ordering
  • Create all order requests and track all provisioning orders for the entire life cycle of the order creation and internal work order to process provisioning
  • Coordinate porting services between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly report and market analysis report
  • Prepare forecast planning reports based on inventory data
  • Work with internal stakeholders to enhance and improve the working process on A/R issues with credit control
  • Manage company inventory in all countries of operation and over time
  • Work with various internal teams to launch Toku’s offering in new countries in terms of the inventory & back-end processes

Job requirements

  • Degree holder in Communications/ Marketing/ Business Administration
  • Min 2-4 years of sales support experience in IT/Telco industry
  • Demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management
  • Highly communicative in a team environment to support the wider goals of the Carrier services function
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good commercial awareness and numeracy skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
