Toku’s mission is to be the best provider of customer engagement tools to businesses in Asia. We have helped companies move their communication platform to the cloud and have recently implemented large-scale cross-border omnichannel solutions to a leader in the sharing economy and some more localized solutions to enterprise business and government agencies.
Toku is currently getting into a scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC regions and helping customers with their communications needs. We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant that has the autonomy to make critical decisions, combining their interpersonal and technical skills to become an integral part of Toku’s sales organization.
What would you be doing?
You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer. You will be responsible to provide technical support during sales pitches with the Sales team. You help solve and answer any questions that are technical in nature and provide easy-to-understand explanations to leads and customers during product demos and trials. You will liaise between Sales and Product to ensure that we are promising accurate timelines to the customers. We are looking for someone with the technical knowledge as well as the passion and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
