For individuals who are interested in finding out how CX in technology is being implemented and deployed. The work behind the scenes to get voice, whatsapp, email, chat channel to work.

Job description

Period preferred will be from 13 February to 31 Aug 2025 - open for discussion to finalise the period/dates.

You will be supporting the Business Transformation team on:

  • Customer/agent journey mapping
  • Learn how to use and analyze with CX tools such as speech / text analytics / knowledge management system / quality management system / customer relationship management systems / survey management systems / contact centre management systems
  • Assist on documentation related to Functional Specifications for CX Technology implementations for on-premise and cloud based solutions
  • Participate as a contributor in projects related to CX
  • Assist with pre-sales related tasks
  • Potentially learn and observe the Project Management roles and tasks
  • Mentorship with Project Managers and Consultants
