About the role  

As we continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC region and helping customers with their communications needs, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support and operational assistance to internal users, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, and supporting compliance with security protocols and onboarding processes. This role is critical in maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure and supporting end-user productivity.

What you will be doing

As an IT Support Engineer, reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Provide first-line support for internal IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup and access management to company-wide tools.

  • Maintain and monitor internal systems such as VoIP, email configurations, and endpoint security tools.

  • Support compliance initiatives, including documentation and audits, such as ISO 27001.

  • Liaise with external vendors on procurement of devices.

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of IT policies and acceptable use standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, user access, and support tickets.

  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

Job requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support and systems administration.

  • Familiarity with Windows and MacOS environments

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Confluence, Jira and SharePoint Administration

  • Understanding of IT security principles and compliance frameworks

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
